My Journey Back To Me
Five years ago I was in a complete state. I was miserable, lonely, exhausted and suffering with poor health.
The relationships with my family were fraught, I felt the outsider in my friendship circle, I was in yet another unfulfilling relationship and although I should have been pleased with a recent promotion, I found myself with crippling perfectionism and imposter syndrome.
I was drained with it all!
So much so that come the weekend I had no energy to have fun or self-care and regularly found myself cancelling plans. Unless it was to help someone else, in which case I would somehow muster up the energy, ever the people pleaser in desperate need to be liked.
I was so caught up in trying to be who I thought I should be, that I lost the essence of myself.
Four years ago I reached a state of burnout. I tried to push through it to no avail and was eventually signed off work for 6 months with stress, anxiety and symptoms of an autoimmune thyroid condition.
I’d hit rock bottom!
I decided enough was enough. Something, and that something was me, had to change. I invested in a coach and so began my healing journey.
As I began to peel back the layers, I realised that I had thought patterns, habits and coping mechanisms that weren’t serving me. Indeed, they were leading me to pain and sadness.
I came to realise that my thinking led me to be in state of almost constant stress and anxiety. My nervous system was always poised for some sort of danger or problem. It was literally exhausting my brain and body!
Fast forward three years and it’s a totally different story…
I’ve created a life that I love!
I’m happy and healthy with a powerful and strong mindset that sees obstacles and challenges as an opportunity to grow.
My own transformation has been so powerful that I was driven to become a coach myself. I’ve acquired a number of skills and qualifications including Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Intelligence, so that I can share all that I have learned on my own journey to support you on your journey back to you.

The Journey Back To You
is an 8 week online group coaching programme.
The weekly sessions will be held LIVE on zoom every Sunday 2:00pm-4:00pm GMT.

Week 1 – What is your starting point?
An introduction to the course and an honest assessment of where you are currently at.
We’ll take a look at your current challenges and begin to understand your belief system.
Week 2 – Your shadow self
We examine the shadow, the elements of your personality that you have rejected and suppressed.
We’ll explore the ego and how coming from a place of fear is holding you back in your life.
Week 3 – Masculine and Feminine energies
A deep dive into the masculine and feminine energies that reside within us all.
We explore how to heal these elements and use them to maximum effect.
Week 4 – Reconnecting to the self
Are you abandoning yourself?
Do you struggle to stick to self-care and healthy habits?
Do you struggle with saying no and holding boundaries?
We’ll focus on self-love and nurturing your soul.
Week 5 – Creating loving and fulfilling relationships
Do you feel disconnected in your relationships?
We explore the stories that you are telling yourself, deepening communication skills and unconditional love
Week 6 – Understanding you more deeply
Who do you want to be?
How do you want to show up?
Develop your emotional intelligence and move from a victim mentality to a winner’s mindset.
Week 7 – Raise your energy!
Practical tips to boost your energy through nurturing your mind, body and soul.
Week 8 – Where do you go from here?
In our final week we tie it all together. We reflect on your journey thus far and look at how you can take it to the next level with the new skills and understanding that you have gained.
Throughout the sessions you’ll be able to ask questions, raise your personal challenges and have the opportunity to be coached in the sessions. I’ve got you! (whilst you are encouraged to share you don’t have to).
You’ll benefit from listening to and sharing with other like-minded people in a safe space.
You’ll have access to a private Facebook group for support from both me and the other course participants, plus additional learning resources.

I joined Natalie's Journey Back to You programme on the 21st March and it has made such a difference to me, my relationships with others, work and my general outlook on life. My biggest learning about myself so far has been that I can't be and I'm not responsible for everyone's happiness. It's been so refreshing to take a step back and not worry all the time about what I should have done or said. I have found a renewed joy in my life by practicing living in the moment, rather than constantly chasing an unattainable goal of perfection. My family and close friends have noticed a positive change in me too.
I have less brain fog, less inflammation, less pain and more energy. What is more important than that, though, is that Natalie has really helped me to shift my mindset. It is still a work in progress but my mental and emotional wellbeing is on a whole new level.
Many moons later I am still applying her teachings and taking life twists and turns with more grace than I could have ever accomplished before her. She showed me that my light could burn brightly without burning out. I am grateful for her guidance and friendship.
Natalie helped me to look at things from a different perspective and to respond to myself and others with kindness rather than judgement. I’m now in a completely different place compared to where I was at the middle of the year.
With Nat's help I have gained confidence and found my zest for life. I’m excited about my future, feel that I have found my way and I have found peace and learnt how to breathe. I like me. I have reconnected with old friends and reignited passion for hobbies I'd let slip for no good reason.
I have achieved things that I thought were merely dreams, or only for ‘other people’. I am far more positive, confident and content with who I am, and on track to fulfilling both personal and professional goals.
