It’s that time of year when we start to reflect on the goals we set at the start of the year.

How did you do?

Did you achieve your get fit, eat better, less stress, be happier, etc… goals?

Or will you be rolling them over to 2020 as they aren’t quite done, perhaps not even started…

Next year will be different. Won’t it?

Not if you keep doing the same old thing…

As Einstein said insanity is “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.

If you want something different? You’ve got to do something different!
