The only way to find our balance, is to lose our balance.
I’ve lost my balance in sooo many ways…
Giving too much
Receiving too little
Doing too much
Not doing enough
Eating too much
Not eating enough
Loving others too much
Loving myself too little
Having too rigid a routine
Not having any routine
The list could go on and on but you get the picture!
And I will ? continue to lose my balance but that’s ok because the only way to find our balance, is to lose it…
So don’t be so hard on yourself if you’ve lost your balance, balance is fluid and it’s all part of the learning process.
