And that’s why I do what I do!

And that’s why I do what I do!

One of my clients showed up to her session today with her shoulders slumped, her mood low and her body fatigued.

I’m a big fan of Louise Hay and her view that every physical ailment has an emotion root. Her ‘You can heal your body’ book is my most thumbed book.

Looking up fatigue it points to resistance, boredom and a lack of love for what one does.

So I asked what is she passionate about? At first she wasn’t sure but with a little encouragement she allowed herself to speak her truth…

And then she came alive!

She sat up straight, rolled her shoulders back and smiled. Her eyes were shining as she spoke enthusiastically.

Her whole demeanour changed in an instant. It’s an incredible feeling to see that transition in a client right before your eyes.

It’s the moment they realise there can be more than a mundane existence.

There can be passion for what one does.

And that anything is possible once prioritised.

She can see a way forward, has created a path amongst the trees.

I help women to identify where they are, where they want to be and to close the gap and it’s the best job EVER!
