How was your Christmas?

I took the opportunity to have a few days of hardly being on my phone.

And I’ve spent lots of time in nature, had a few lie ins and generally allowed myself to be a bit lazy without any guilt.

I wasn’t always able to do that!In years gone by I couldn’t sit still as I had a constant nagging inner voice telling me I should be doing something, making the most of my time off, being productive!

Over time I’ve retrained my brain to be less human DOING and more human BEING which allows me to truly be present in the moment so much more often.

My ability to BE is directly correlated to both my improved health and happiness.

I’m feeling refreshed and recharged, ready to smash both my personal and professional goals and to support lots of amazing women who are ready to live their best life!
