Just because stress is common doesn’t make it ‘normal’…

The common cold is common but if it was a daily problem you’d go see someone to get it sorted out wouldn’t you?

As it happens chronic stress could lead to getting to lots of colds because it weakens our immune system!

It’s estimated that 75-90% of doctors visits are stress related.

Sleep loss is the most common impact of stress in adults followed by anxiety and poor concentration.

But it doesn’t stop there…

Chronic stress can also lead to digestive, fertility and autoimmunity issues, to name a few.

Life can be up and down and it’s not possible to avoid all stress but you also don’t have to accept stress as a permanent feature or ‘normal’ part of your life!

Is it time to address the stress?
