Lean in to it and learn from it

I post positive stuff and I’m a coach so I’ve got all my shit together, right?

Nope!

I am as human as the next person…

I have up days, down days, sideways days, on days, off days.

Hell sometimes they all happen in the same day! 🤯

I also have a self care tool kit that I’ve honed over the years –

Music

Being still

Feeling my feelings

Journaling

Being in nature

Meditation

Laughing

Nourishing food

Yoga

And I use it.

No point having a tool bag if you don’t use the tools…

I also have a deep knowing to come back to, that life is happening for me, not to me.

I know that if I’m uncomfortable then change and growth is taking place.

Reminding myself of this allows me to lean into tough times and ask what can I learn from this?

With this mindset trialling times go from an inconvenience and burden to a necessary and useful part of life.

So if you’re having an off day, that’s ok.
