It always breaks my heart a little when a new client tells me they missed a meal as they didn’t have time.
Didn’t have time to eat?
It’s a basic human need…
How little value must one place on themselves not to make time to eat?
We all make time for what we consider a priority.
The truth of the matter is that those missing meals place more importance on other things than they do on sustaining themselves
