What has this got to do with her coaching journey?
When in a state of stress the body takes short, sharp chest breaths.
Through working on her mind, as stress is all about perception, we have been able to get her out of the stress response.
This has led to a change in her breathing pattern to deep belly breaths and in turn increased her strength and fitness.
