Have you created any time to BE this weekend?

It’s easy to get caught up in being a human doing as opposed to a human being.

So often our sense of worth is attached to how productive we are.

Being busy and stressed is almost a badge of honour!

I’ll often ask new clients what they do to relax and a common response is exercise.

And whilst exercise is great for us it’s still doing…

They will still be measuring how many calories they burned or reps they did.

That’s still a measure of how productive they’ve been!

What if you went for a walk and didn’t count how many steps or miles you walked or calories you burned?

What if you got out some paper and paints and created just for the sake of creating, regardless of how good the painting is or isn’t?

What if you did something just for the fun of it with no concern for how well you did it?
