Could you be one of the 20% with a food sensitivity?

Natalie Shaul010

It’s estimated that as many as 20% of the population have food sensitivities!

Could you be one of them?

I am but didn’t realise for many years as symptoms start off barely noticeable but increase over time.

I found because it happened over a long period that I just accepted them as part of my normal…

Until the signs were so big I could no longer ignore them!

Symptoms can include –

– Bloating/stomach ache
– Runny nose
– Headaches/migraines
– Irritable bowel
– Hives/itching
– Start of a cold type feeling
– Cough
– Fatigue
– Joint/muscle pain
– Anxiety
– Weight gain

Removing my food sensitivities has been a key part of regaining my health because as well as experiencing most of the above symptoms, they also triggered my autoimmune condition, Hashimotos/under active thyroid.

There is a high correlation between gluten (a protein found in grains such as wheat) sensitivity and autoimmune conditions…

Some of the most common foods people are sensitive to are –

– Dairy
– Wheat
– Caffeine
– Eggs
– Soy
– Corn
– Yeast
– Sugar

It can help to keep a food diary to identify which foods might be causing a reaction for you.

For some, identifying and removing problem foods can seem overwhelming!

If that’s the case please feel free to drop me a DM and I’ll see if I can help.
