Smoke weed every day 🎶

Smoke weed every day 🎶

Just kidding…

Though I did used to smoke a lot of weed!

I didn’t know it at the time but it was how I managed my emotions.

The pattern was so ingrained and so subconscious that I didn’t know that my need to smoke was because I was feeling an emotion I didn’t want and didn’t know how to express.

Anxiety
Self doubt
Anger
Worry
Overwhelm
Jealousy
Fear
Sadness
Loneliness
Boredom
Stress

I could go on. You get the picture though it’s all the stuff we would usually consider negative.

The kind of emotions people try to help you get rid of as quickly as possible –

“You’ll be ok”
“Focus on what you’ve got”
“Look on the bright side”

It comes from a place of love and of not knowing how to sit with their own emotions.

The reality is that we can’t numb some emotions and feel others.

If we numb one we numb them all…

This means if we block sadness we also block joy.

If we block nervousness we also block excitement.

If we block rejection we also block feeling proud.

When we learn to love and trust ourselves enough to sit with our emotions, we are able to create a life in which we feel more joy, more happiness and more gratitude.

Weed was one of my many blockers along with over doing, over thinking and sugar…

How do you block your emotions?

How would your life change if you could learn to feel your emotions trusting you won’t get lost in them?
Which of your unhealthy blocking habits would you be able to let go of?

Making room for those healthy habits that create a life you can’t wait to wake up to!

Let’s have a conversation about how I can support you 💜

P.S. the only thing I smoke these days is sage to clear negative energies!
