Burnout isn’t always the way I experienced it; signed off sick for 6 months, chronic illness, autoimmune issues, fatigue and the rest…

In fact if I had known then what I do now, I would have realised I was burned out long before I knew I was burned out and could have prevented myself getting to those depths!

The earlier signs I was oblivious to were –

😞 Feeling overwhelmed and resentful of my precious energy being needed

😞 Hormonal changes/challenges

😞 Often feeling quite numb emotionally, rarely experiencing the highs of happiness, excitement and joy

😔 Lacking a sense of passion and purposefulness
