If you have you’ll know it can’t be kept down. It springs up into the air with force. Higher than the amount you pushed it down!

This is the same for your emotions…

Pushing them down is only a temporary masking, they will come back with force, wanting to be heard.

And they will not rest until they are heard.

If you don’t know how to hear them, how to be with them, they will get your attention through pain and illness in your body and your mind.

Pushing down worries creates anxiety…

Pushing down sadness creates depression…

Pushing down anger creates illnesses related to the liver…

Pushing down trusting and vulnerability creates trouble in the womb…

To heal your body, to return it to optimal health, so that you can experience life with ease and happiness, you must heal your relationship with your emotions and mind.

If you don’t you will stay sick and get sicker.

The ONLY way to do this is to address the way in which you think and the way in which you feel.
