My brain lies to me!

It tells me I need to be more and do more. It tells me I am not good enough.

This thinking pattern used to be so harmful to me.

It made me so sad and anxious and it made my body very sick.

At my worst it rendered me almost useless, I was stuck in my house with no life in me for 6 months and I had to quit my job.

It was then I made a commitment to myself to find the help I needed.

I committed to doing the work daily so that I could stop existing and really start living.

The fatigue went, my autoimmune symptoms disappeared, the anxiety went and so did my low mood.

I stopped wondering at the start of each day ‘how on earth will I get through this, I’m already exhausted!’.

I reclaimed my health and my happiness by learning how to stop my thinking from destroying me, and I want to show you how to do the same.
