I’d had a stress triggering event earlier in the evening so decided a bit self care was in order to regulate my nervous system and recenter my self.
A bath with Epsom Salts and essential oils (clary sage and lavender) 🛀
And a wonderful breathwork exercise which was a replay from the most recent session with Anna ran in my Vitalise! Membership
I went to bed feeling calm and relaxed and woke more than 7 hours later feeling fresh as a daisy 😍
It wasn’t lost on me as a sat reflecting last night in the bath how my habits have changed…
Me of old had a bunch of unhealthy responses to stress including; overthinking, smoking weed, staying up too late and binging on sugar
I can hand on heart say the healthier responses I have lovingly created for myself feel sooo much better.
