I helped a client to see that her story that she needed an employed job so that she could afford a marketing expert before she could succeed in her own business was a LIE.

A lie preventing her happiness, fulfilment and success.

The reality is that if she ticked off all that criteria she would simply find another set of conditions that needed to be met before she could succeed in her business because the issue wasn’t money or the need for a marketing expert… it was a subconscious pattern to self sabotage.

When we sit in a session together I help you to cut through your bullshit and recognise the ways in which your self sabotaging pattern is showing up.

How you do one thing is how you do everything.

If you are sabotaging your career you will also be sabotaging your finances, relationships, spiritual and mental health.

You can not see this yourself!

If you could you wouldn’t be telling the lies in the first instance.

You wouldn’t be creating a gap between what you have and what you want.
